Dancy Construction has converted the old Indera Mill factory
(built circa 1900), on the corner of Marshall and Wachovia
Streets, into residential condo/lofts.
Phase I, which is finished out and sold, consisted of eighteen
condo units. Phase II, currently under construction, has ten residential
units and three large office spaces. Of the ten units, five are
sold and one is reserved. All the units feature elements from the
old factory - such as heavy timber posts and beams and tongue &
groove wood ceilings. The units have hardwood flooring, high ceilings
and large expansive windows.
All remaining units can be custom finished.
