Directly across the street from The Mill at Tar Branch Condominiums and adjacent to the Old Brookstown Mill is our latest project – Tar Branch Towers. Tar Branch Towers is a four-story condominium building that closely resembles the two old factories on either side. Secured parking is available below the building and an elevator makes all the units handicap accessible.

Beau Dancy Construction converted the old Indera Mill factory (built circa 1900), on the corner of Marshall and Wachovia Streets, into residential condo/lofts.
The project which is finished out and sold, consisted of thirty condo units. All the units feature elements from the old factory - such as heavy timber posts and beams and tongue & groove wood ceilings. The units have hardwood flooring, high ceilings and large expansive windows.
